Our Heart Rate System allows clients and Trainers to track their heart rate live, during each session they attend. The heart rate monitors form a crucial part of the Fitzone training, allowing more calories to be burnt and results quicker than ever before while creating the ultimate motivational experience.

AFTERBURN

The Afterburn Effect is what happens when your body continues to burn off calories, even after a workout session. This effect is also known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, or EPOC for short. The Fitzone workouts are carried out in such a way that it allows members to burn up to 1000kcals in each 60 minute session*, including a calorie afterburn of 200-400 calories up to 36-48 hours after a workout!*
